Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Pleasant Dale Methodist church for Mrs. Bessie E. Rapp, 64, widow of the late Walter Rapp of Denton, who died Saturday afternoon. Rev. Edward Kezar and Rev. D. E. Littrell officiated. Burial at Lincoln Memorial Park. Volland's Mortuary in charge.

Mrs. Rapp was born in Lincoln and lived her entire life in the Lincoln, Denton and Pleasant Dale communities, and was employed at Gold & Co. until her recent illness. She was a member of the Methodist Church, W.S.C.S., and the Milford Eastern Star.

Surviving are a son, Leonard of Denton, daughter-in-law, Edna, and four grandchildren. Other survivors include three sisters, Mrs. Jesse Rapp of Denton, Mrs. Kitty Martin of North Platte and Mrs. Frances Johnson of Wayne, and one brother, George Wilson of Denton.
