Mr. Winston Franklin Williams, 74, of Irmo formerly of Winnsboro passed away on Tuesday, April 3, 2018. Born in Winnsboro, he was the son of the late Carless H. and Lillian Abbott Williams.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Wingard Williams; three sons, Carless “CW” Williams, Michael A. Williams (Renea), and Winston Al Williams (Priscella); one brother, Ottis B. Williams; two sisters, Jeanette Jordan and Richard Dean Broom; eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Winston is predeceased by five brothers and sisters.
Funeral services with military honors will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, April 7, 2016 at Washington Street Baptist Church conducted by Reverend Dewitt Atkerson. Burial will follow in Fairfield Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour before the service in the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Washington Street Baptist Church, 401 N. Vanderhorst Street, Winnsboro, SC 29180.
