Mrs. Dora Estelle Ansell Godfrey
HICKORY--Mrs. Dora Estelle Ansell Godfrey, 78, died here yesterday at 5:30 p.m. at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Mary Butler, after an illness of three months.
A native of Hickory, she was a daughter of George and Mrs. Margaret Wilkins Ansell. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
Besides her daughter, surviving are a husband, Hugh A. Godfrey; two sons, Willie Luther Bulifin and David Alex Bulifin, both of Hickory; two brothers, Walter H. Ansell of Hickory and Luther Ansell of Norfolk; one grandson, James Lee Bulifin of HIckory.
Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk. Burial will be in the Cooper Cemetery, Hickory.
