Thomas H. "Fuzz" Etheridge 90, of the Crusoe Community, Whiteville, died Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Lower Cape Fuear Hospice. He was born November 16, 1927 in Columbus County the son of the late Harvey and Larwance Long Etheridge.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Eula Mae Arnold Etheridge; granddaughter, Brittany Davis; great grandson, Dakota Register; daughter-in-law, Merianne Etheridge; his parents; brothers, Roscoe Etheridge, Henery Etheridge, Rowe Etheridge; sisters, Ruby Long, Alda Sarvis, Odie Long.
Mr. Etheridge was formerly employed with Sumter Builders as a lineman, Asplundh and National Spinning. He was also a self employed carpenter.
He is survived by three daughters, Judy Price and husband, Randy of Whiteville, Rita Register and husband, Bennie of Chadbourn, Mary Etheridge of Whiteville; a son, Matthew Etheridge of Whiteville, a brother, Elmer Etheridge;grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
