Patrick H. Heath, age 52, of Peoria, was called home by the Lord for a blessed reunion with his parents, brother and other family members that have passed before him, on Easter Sunday, April 1, 2018.

Pat was born on June 18, 1965 in Peoria, IL to Earl P. and Leota J. (Lingenfelter) Heath. He met the love of his life, Karin M. Snider on Valentine’s Day 30 years ago and he married her on September 24, 1989 in Peoria.

Surviving are his wife of 29 years, Karin, whom he loved and cherished deeply; his sons, who meant the world to him and whom he was greatly proud of, Nathanial Heath and Noah Heath, both of Peoria; and his granddaughter, whom he loved immensely, TaLeigha Heath. He will forever be watching over his baby girl. Also surviving are four brothers, Danny (Melissa) Heath of Peoria, IL, Michael (Beverly) Heath of Carson City, NV, David (Sharon) Heath of Peoria, IL, and Timothy (Kathy) Heath of Peoria, IL; one sister, Christina Heath of Carson City, NV; 25 nieces and nephews, 28 great-nieces and nephews and one great-great-niece. His nieces and nephews will ALWAYS appreciate the great adventures they had with Uncle Patty Pat.

Pat was a proud Woodruff Warrior. He was a painter for over 27 years owning his own business, Pat Heath Painting. Pat was an avid outdoorsman; he loved fishing and golfing and was proud to be one of the first employees of Weaver Ridge Golf Club. He was also a member of the W.C. Fields Golf League and was a devote member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Peoria. To Pat, family ALWAYS came first. He loved his family with all his heart. He was a blessing to all those who knew him. Pat was so uplifting and ALWAYS knew how to make you smile. He was a follower of Christ and as much as he loved his family here on Earth, he was ready to join his family in Heaven.

Cremation rites will be accorded and a Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 5pm at Weaver Ridge in Peoria. Visitation will begin at 3pm also at Weaver Ridge. Memorials may be made to the family
