He was graduated from Phillipsburg High School and served in the Spanish American War. He was also engaged in the real estate business. Mr. Bibleheimer was appointed to fill the unexpired term of Floyd Henzleman for the Democratic alderman of the Fourth Ward [Easton] and took the oath of office on Jan. 1, 1936, when Mr. Henzleman became City Treasurer.
He was also a member of the Jacksonian Democratic Club, Easton Lodge No. 111, Fraternal Order of the Eagles, Liberty Hose Company, Fifth Ward Italian Democratic Club, Fourth Ward Young Mens Democratic Club and the Independent Young Mens Democratic Club, of which he was president, and Warren R. Roberts Ninth Ward Democratic Club, all of Easton.
