Interment will be in St. Peter Catholic Cemetery in Carencro. The Rev. Mark Ledoux, pastor of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, will officiate at the services.
Mr. Langlinais was a native of Lafayette and a resident of Carencro for over forty years. He was a parishioner of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church.
Survivors include one son, Chad Langlinais and his companion, Crystal Venable, of Church Point; two grandchildren, Brook Langlinais and Morgan Langlinais; two step-daughters, Tammy Guidry and her husband, Redrick, of Scott and Angie Cormier of Carencro; one step-son, Keith Boudreaux of Florida; three step-grandchildren, Macy Boudreaux, Lexi Cormier and Lilliana Courville; three sisters, Judy Hebert of Scott, Rowena Hebert of Carencro and Belinda Langlinais and her companion, Daniel Lambert, of Lafayette; and two brothers, Perry Langlinais and his wife, Cathy, of Lafayette and Dwight Langlinais of Carencro.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willis Langlinais and the former Theresa Alleman.
A rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 11:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Wednesday and will continue from 8:00 a.m. until service time on Thursday.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Mouton, Justin Mouton, Farin Gaspard, Todd Gaspard, Brook Langlinais and Ronald Perrault. Honorary pallbearers will be Tory Langlinais and Carter Mouton.
