John William Brockman, 73, of Franklin, IA, passed away at 11:03 p.m. on Sunday, March 25, 2018 at his home. He was born on March 5, 1945 in Franklin, IA to Eugene W. & Anna M. Smith Brockman. He married Patricia L. Schiedel in 2014 in Kahoka, MO. He retired from the DuPont Company and served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed hunting, trap shooting, golf, bowling & car racing.
