Dr. Charles C. Garrison was husband of Hannah L. Fithian (she died 1853). My old 2005 outline notes state that they were the parents of:
(1) Rev & Dr Joseph Fithian Garrison/Elizabeth Van Arsdale Grant, who had 4 kids;
(2) Frances S. "Fanny" Garrison (d1894)/Joshua Thompson, whom she married 1844, and had at least 5 kids. I notice on p331, of author, Paul Minotty's transcriptions that he writes of 16 May 1894, "Mrs. Frances Garrison Thompson, d.at Norristown, PA., B.A.Tr., ____ [a blank in the age at death column in book published by Glouc. Co. His. Soc.]; A note on p328 informs us that B.A.Tr. denotes Buried At Trinity.

My old notes suggest that the doctor married again, Jenny Hendrikson (m2nd. 14 Dec 1854).

William Garrison, Esquire, b. 3 Sept 1747, d. 3 May 1819, is the doctor's father. His 1st wife was _____________; 2nd wife: Phebe Leake b.1775, whom he married 2 Feb 1798; Phebe died before 29 July 1799 when her sister, Ruth became the 3rd wife; 3rd wife: sister, Ruth Fithian Leake, b. 1780, m. 29 Jul 1799. No issue from 2nd wife. [bio by DBardes, findagraver]
