Rudy was preceded in death by his parents, Virginia and Stanley Pugh; his brother, John Paul Pugh; and sister, Ella Shelton.
Survivors: Sister, Theda Gable and brother-in-law, James, of Fort Worth; daughters, Monica Mitchell and her husband, James of Orange Grove, Toni Stickroth and her husband, Richard of Coquille, Oregon; son, Wesley Pugh of Corpus Christi; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and two nephews, Christopher and his family and Jonathan Gable and his wife, Jennifer and family.
