James "Peewee" Englebert, 77, of 16306 Antioch Community Road, Brookwood, died Dec. 12, 1992, at DCH Regional Medical Center.
Services will be at 11a.m. Tuesday at Memory Chapel Funeral Home. The Rev. Ralph Haygood and the Rev. Eugene McCarley will officiate with burial in Tuscaloosa Memorial Park and Memory Chapel Funeral Home directing.
Survivors include his wife, Flora Englebert, Brookwood; a son, J.P. Englebert, Tuscaloosa; three sisters, Mattie Bell Carter, Boise. Idaho, Edna Sisco, Gadsden, and Mary Sappington, Tuscaloosa; two grandchildren. Rick and Rob Englebert, both of Tuscaloosa; two great-grandchildren; and other relatives.
Pallbearers will be J.W. Hill, Bubba Englebert, Herman Bonner, Robert Sellers, Robert Hale, Clift Worrell, Levon Sellers and Gerald Kimbrough.
The family will receive friends from 7-9 tonight at the funeral home.
