Greenwood SC - Mrs. Ida McManus Henderson, 72, of 448 Calhoun Ave., wife of Robert E. Henderson, died Saturday [June 1, 1968] at a local hospital. She was a native of Edgefield County, daughter of the late William T. and Sallie Dorn McManus. She lived all her life in Greenwood County and was a member of the First Baptist Church. Also surviving are two step-daughters, Mrs. Frances Smith and Mrs. Marie Sheldon of near Asheville NC; a step-son, Cecil Henderson of Winston-Salem NC; a sister, Mrs. Horace Rhodes of Greenwood; and two brothers, Otis and Dorn McManus of Greenwood.
