Calvin R. Harrison, 38, our beloved son, brother, and uncle, left us to go back with our Father in Heaven Sunday, April 1, 2007. He was born Aug. 21, 1968, in Otis, to Johnson Harrison Sr. and Helen (Ayze) Harrison.

Calvin liked to hang out with his nieces and nephews. His favorite hobbies were playing pool and basketball, and doing his crossword puzzles.

He is survived by his father, Johnson Harrison Sr.; brothers and sisters, Johnson Harrison Jr., Sarah Harrison, Judy Harrison, Pauline Harrison, Susie Lewis, Robert J. Willie, Jefferson Lewis, Thomas Lewis, and Robinson Lewis; numerous nieces and nephews; and also a special friend, Charlene "Billy" Keetso.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Helen (Ayze) Harrison; paternal grandparents, Pahe Nelson and Ignacio Trujillo; and maternal grandparents, George Ayze Sr. and Doris Ayze.

Services will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, April 9, at Navajo Brethren in Christ Mission Gym, with the Rev. Raymond Sells officiating.
Interment will be at Navajo Brethren in Christ Mission Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Robinson Lewis, Johnson Harrison Jr. Johnny Harrison, Ervin Harrison Jr., Delwin Lewis, Frederick Harrison.

Honorary Pallbearers are Johnson Harrison Sr., Jefferson Lewis, Thomas Lewis, Fred Harrison Jr., Pauline Harrison, Susan Lewis, Sarah Harrison, Judy Harrison, Jarvis Lewis, Delsie Mariano, and his nieces and nephews.

Calvin is under the care of Cope Memorial Kirtland Chapel, 458 County Road 6100, (505) 598-9636.
