BREWER, CURTIS PHILLIP Curtis P. Brewer of Zealand died May 28, 2002 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Born at Stone Ridge on June 27, 1939, he was a son of the late Ralph and Verla (Hanson) Brewer. Curtis was employed with the Department of Transportation for 23 years. He is survived by three daughters, Wendy Brewer (Darren), Carla Brewer, both of Zealand and Gina McWilliams (Ted), Oromocto; a son Roy Brewer (Sylvia), Zealand; a sister, Ferne Morehouse (Irvine), Zealand; grandchildren, Amanda, Cody, Marcy, Kelsey, Steven and Nicolas; his mother-in-law, Glenna Brewer, Zealand; several nieces and nephews. Curtis was predeceased by his wife, Wanda P. Brewer on May 15, 1991. Resting at the Stone Ridge Pentecostal Church, 129 Upper Stone Ridge Road, Zealand with visiting hours Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the church on Friday, May 31, 2002 at 2 p.m. Rev. Arol Brewer officiating. Interment will be in the Stone Ridge Community Cemetery. For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Curtis, the family has suggested the Canadian Cancer Society.
