Aaron Brooks Roll
1991 - 2018

Early Life: Aaron was born October 4, 1991, in San Bernardino, California, to Steve and Ursula Roll, the youngest of a family of five children. Raised in Lehi, Utah, Aaron had a great time growing up. He was a bright, beautiful, gifted and curious child. These traits carried on into adulthood. Aaron attended Eaglecrest Elementary where his principal, Mr. Bushman, took a liking to him right away. He saw that spark that made Aaron stand out, for better or worse. Aaron was the one who usually got in to trouble, whether he meant to or not. He pushed his boundaries constantly not out of rebellion but out of curiosity. Always up and ready for another adventure, he was constantly on the move. He also attended Lehi Jr. High and Lehi High School where he continued to make friends.
Life’s Work | Service | Interests: Aaron was musically gifted and couldn’t understand why other people couldn’t hear what he heard or feel what he felt musically. He began playing piano without any real lessons and began composing the same week. He was masterful on the guitar and played almost any instrument that he touched. Aaron helped to define the word “gregarious." He was remarkable in many ways. He never met a stranger and has left an incredible number of friends in his wake. He left an indelible impression and influenced many. They were taken by his energy, zest for life, his love, generosity and his engaging smile. He had an infectious laugh that touched everyone he knew throughout his brief 26 years on this earth. There are few who met him that could forget him. Just as he arrived a month early into this world, he has departed much too soon. Aaron Brooks Roll shook off his earthly bonds early on Saturday morning, March 10, 2018, a beautiful spring-like day. He was 26.
Family Message: "He will be missed. He was loved and admired by many. We love you, son, and will miss you until we meet again."
Survived By: His parents; older sisters: Jackie, CC and Jessie; his older brother, Grant; their respective families; grandmothers, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
