Daughter of the late Joseph Cannon Lambert and Theresa Orland Waybright Lambert, she was preceded in death by a brother, Derrell Monte Lambert. She was survived by her husband of 53 years, Steve Roscoe Waybright, Sr.; daughter. Jeanette Kirk (Robert); son; Steve Waybright, Jr; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and an extended family of relatives and friends. Her funeral was held on February 24, 2018, at Basagic Funeral Home in Franklin, WV. with The Rev. Paul O'Gorek officiating.
