At age 25 Rosetta married Cecil Seger Jan 7, 1940 in Joplin, Missouri. Cecil was a member of the Wichita And Caddo. He died suddenly 22 years later while working as an electrician.
Rosetta 's grandfather was William W. LeFlore, enrolled as a full-blood Choctaw #10169.
