Milton - Hilda Aline Bonner Speed, 97, of Milton, Florida, transitioned from her earthly body into her heavenly body on Monday, March 12, 2018.
A Native of Toxey, Alabama she was the youngest of ten children born to Seaborn E. and Viola Anna McMillan Bonner on August 28, 1920. Moving to Florida in 1947 she lived in Jay, Gulf Breeze and Milton. Her career as an educator spanned 36 years with 34 years of teaching first grade.
A celebration of her life will be held Thursday, March 15 at the First Baptist Church of Milton, Florida at 2:00 pm. Visitation for family is from 12-1 pm and from 1-2 for the public. Interment will be at Bonner Memorial Cemetery in Toxey, Alabama on Friday, March 16, at 11:00 am.
