Darrell Dean Watson, 57, of Tecumseh, Oklahoma passed away Friday, March 9, 2018 in Shawnee. Darrell was born June 27, 1960 to Daniel and Frankie Louise (Kaseca) Watson in Shawnee, Oklahoma.

He lived in Shawnee, Wentzville, Missouri, Earlsboro and most recently moved to Tecumseh. He was raised in Shawnee and was a 1978 graduate of Bethel High School. Darrell worked at General Motors in Assembly until his retirement.

He was a proud member of the Absentee Shawnee Tribe. Darrell was an avid OU Fan, loved and played fast pitch softball, was a Dallas Cowboys Fan, a recent Thunder Fan, enjoyed teasing the staff at the Absentee Shawnee Tribal Clinic; and especially loved watching his nieces and nephews sporting events.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel and Frankie Watson; brother, Timothy Watson; grandson, Darrien J. Blanchard; granddaughter, Skye Blanchard; and nephew, Chad Watson.

Survivors included 3 sons and 1 daughter-in-law, Joseph and Twyla Blanchard, Tony Blanchard and Jerry Blanchard; grandchildren, Dakota Blanchard, Solomon Blanchard, Kyerra Blanchard, Erika Blanchard, and Consuela Blanchard; 5 brothers and 4 sisters-in-law, Greg and Martha Watson, Thomas and Kristina Watson, Danny Watson, Brent and Lisa Watson and Patrick and Jamie Watson; 3 aunts, Zelda Foreman, Elnora Deer and Vernice Longhorn; 3 uncles, Frank Kaseca, Jr., Roy Kaseca and Leroy Ellis; and numerous extended family and friends.

Tribal Rites will be Saturday Evening, March 10, 2018 at Brendle Corner with George Blanchard officiating. Burial will be Sunday Morning, March 11, 2018 at Mack Family Cemetery in Little Axe.
