Affectionately known as Nettie, she was born in Gettysburg on July 22, 1925 to the late Samuel and Grace (Richwine) Shull. Her husband, the late Paul W. Cluck, died on May 1, 1993.
Annetta was an active member of St. John Lutheran Church in Fairfield, where she sang in the choir, was a former Sunday school teacher and was very involved with the ladies' group. Annetta was a 1943 graduate of Gettysburg High School and had worked at Kinney Shoe Factory in Fairfield, for many years. She was a member of the Fairfield Senior Citizens and very much enjoyed tending to her flowers, cooking, camping and watching sports.
Annetta is survived by her two daughters, Linda C. Sanders and husband Thomas, and Tammy M. Deardorff and husband Eddie, both of Fairfield; four grandchildren, Patrick J. Fisher and wife Danielle, Jennifer Smith and husband Dustin, Bethany Fisher, and Mark Deardorff; six great-grandchildren, London, Kendall, and Jaxon Smith, Maya Stonesifer, Kennedy Fisher and Charlie Fisher; three sisters, Ruth Anne Miller and Hattie Ketterman, both of Gettysburg, and Nancy Snead of Tennessee; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three siblings, Catherine Leedy, and Charles and William Shull.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 8, 2018, at St. John Lutheran Church, 13 E. Main St., Fairfield, with Rev. Beverly Donnella officiating. Interment will be in Fairfield Union Cemetery. A viewing will be held at the church on Thursday from 9 am. to 11 a.m.
