Was mostly called Abbott also Sappy(nickname) Abbott was my paternal grandfather-- He m. Ann Elizabeth (Nannie) nee Ballard Watson. Both share same headstone.----Doris Jean nee Watson DeSantis∼Francis Abbott was Born Feb.14th 1855 & passed in New Hope Ky. on Oct.28th,1938.He was the son of Henry Abbott/Henry/Francis Watson & Juliette Masterson/Watson.He Married(Circa 1879) Anna Elizabeth (Nannie) Ballard Watson born Dec,26th 1857.Ky.They Had 12 (?) Children; John,Anna Helena,Mary Lizzie,Albert,James,Rosetta,William Guthrie,Henry died at 13 yrs., a Watson:died before 1900 (?), Henry Born 1903/04 died (?),and Curt. Francis Watson is is Buried in St. Vincent DePaul Cemetery in New Hope,Ky. Most of children had passed before the time of Francis' death.
