He was born June 23, 1923 in Caldwell County to the late Lee Holden and Jessie Taylor Crump. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Marvin, Sherman and Andy Crump and one sister, Mrs. Estelle Parsons.
Mr. Crump was retired from Clint Vines Construction where he worked as a carpenter. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church where he was a former Sunday School teacher.
Survivors include two daughters, two sisters, two grandchildren, one great-granddaughter
Interment will follow at Clarks Family Cemetery with military honors
