Annie Quillen Brickey, 92, 1540 Central Street, died at 1 p.m. Monday at Smith's Nursing Home in Johnson City.
She was born and raised in Fort Blackmore, Va. She had been living in Kinsport the past 12 years. She was a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Leonard Brickey, Kingsport, and Roy J. Brickey, Johnson City; a brother, Warner P. Quillen, Gate City; two grand-daughters and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at Fort Blackmore Methodist Church with Rev. Jimmie Boatright and Rev. Edward Way, officiating. Burial will be in the Brickey Family Cemetery.
The body will remain at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home and will be taken to the church one hour before services. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7-p p.m. today.
