William Randolph Abell II, (Billy), 47, of Vinton, went to be with the Lord Saturday July 13, 2013.
He is preceded in death by his parents, L.P. and Violet Abell, and brother, Louis. Survivors include his sons, Nicholas Potter and Adam Abell; sisters, Linda Wheeler and Debbie Gregory and their families; and his many very close friends.
Graveside funeral services will be held at noon on Tuesday at Mt. View Cemetery, Vinton, with Mr. Chris Miller officiating. The family will receive friends from 11 until 11:45 a.m. Tuesday at Oakey's Vinton Chapel.
