Walter Charles Aberg was the son of Walter Charles Aberg, Sr. (D 1984)and Eugenia Louise Bormann (D 1985).

On the 1930 Scarsdale, Westchester, NY census, I found investment executive, Walter C Aberg, 35; wife of 13 years Eugenia L Aberg, 36; sons: WALTER C, 11 and Robert E, 8. They were all NY born, except for Robert, born in the Dutch East Indies. Walter Sr.'s parents were born in Sweden. They resided at 43 Edgewood Road.

Walter Charles Aberg was in the class of 1942 at Washington & Lee University in Lexington, VA.

Shares marker with wife Mary Martha Hinty Aberg.

His brother Robert Emmons Aberg also served in World War II.

Suspect this marker is a CENOTAPH since Walter C Aberg has a niche at Fort Sill National Cemetery in Elgin, Oklahoma. He served in SPPI US Coast guard in World War II.
