Charles "Charlie" Robert Brown of Overbrook, Pa. passed away Sunday at Shelbourne Personal Care Facility in Butler at age 95.
He graduated from Bellevue High School in 1940 and shortly thereafter joined the 7th Army Air Force, where he served as a sergeant in the Pacific Theater during World War II for four years.
He worked for Bell Telephone Company, now Verizon, for 34 years.
He was a member of Baldwin Community United Methodist Church in Whitehall.
He was the loving husband of the late Dorothy Rudolph Brown, to whom he was married nearly 63 years.
