Todd was a native of Tampa. He graduated from King High School and worked for Baxter for over ten years. He was preceded in death by his father, Norbert Wholeben. Todd is survived by his mother, Ruth Wholeben of Sarasota; his girlfriend, Karen of Lawton, Oklahoma; three brothers; John and wife, Christine, of Tampa; Gary and wife, Elizabeth, of Sarasota; and Coby and wife, Dee, of St. Augustine; a niece and nephew, and many friends. Todd will be remembered for many things. He was always the life of the party and could always make you laugh. He had an incredible sense of humor. He loved the beach and went to many different beaches along Florida's west coast; one of his favorite shows was the X-files; his favorite musician was Frank Zappa. Todd enjoyed playing the drums and he was a talented musician and artist. His favorite drink was rum and orange juice. He loved swimming and in high school he was on the swim team. I took the top photo of Todd during one of several visits to Siesta Key Beach and it's my favorite, first because it's a nice candid shot and second because it's just "so Todd"; relaxing on the beach with his favorite drink.
