B. HOmEr YOUNG SUCCUMBS TODAY
B. Homer Young, 43. succumbed at 4:20 a. m. today in a local hospital following a lingering illness. A native of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, he had resided in the county for four years.
He is survived by: his wife, Mrs. Bessie Young; seven children, Mrs. Alene Barton, Mrs. Barbara Parker. Cleora, Vickey. Dale and Homer Young, all of Madera, and Floridalee Young of Garber, Oklahoma; his father, John Young of Shawnee Oklahoma; two sisters, Mrs. Florence Wyatt of Enid, Oklahoma and Mrs. Irene Box of Pas Robles, Oklahoma; three brothers, W. A. Young of Bakersfield. H. J. Young of Porterville and Otis Young of Hominy, Oklahoma; and two grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted from the Assembly of God church by Rev. Cox and Rev. Omey H. Carrell under the direction of the Jay Mortuary. Interment will be held at Arbor Vitae cemetery.
