Jerry J. Arbogast, 72, of Tunnelton died Thursday, December 4, 2014 at Henry Clay Villa in Markleysburg, PA.

He was born October 20, 1942, in Elkins, a son of the late Sam and Pearl Bowers Arbogast.

He worked as a dry wall finisher for Matsell & Mumford Drywall Company.

He is survived by two sons, Jerry Joe Arbogast and Philip Arbogast, both of Elkins; three stepsons, Mark Daff of Simonsboro, LA, Michael Daff, Brian Rankin of Baltimore, MD; a daughter, Mary Christine Mallow of Elkins; six brothers, Jeff and Dale Arbogast, of Elkins, Sam and Robert Arbogast, in Ohio, David Arbogast in TX and Claude Arbogast in FL; three sisters, Lois Hoover in OH, Mary Luzader in FL and Amenthia Currence of Elkins and sixteen grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by his wife, Katherine Cogar Arbogast, a step-son, Timothy Daff; a step-daughter, Kathy Jo Daff Collins; four brothers, John, Don, Allen and James Arbogast and three sisters, Virginia Price, Maxine Wilcox and Betty Webley.

Family and friends may call at the Browning Funeral Home in Kingwood on Friday, December 12, 2014 from 12 noon to 1 pm the funeral hour with Reverend Ray Frankhouser officiating. Interment will follow in the Shay's Cemetery.
