Born in Casey County on Oct. 15, 1934, he was a son of the late Clonie and Pearl Cundiff Crockett.
Survivors include a brother, Jack Crockett of Richmond; and two sisters, Judy Smith of Somerset and Carol Hollars of Georgia.
He was preceded in death by a brother, David Crockett; and three sisters, Ola Gilpin, Mable Turner and Helen Gray.
Graveside services will be Thursday, May 16 at 2 p.m. at Salem Cemetery by the Rev. David Crockett.
