DIED.

WOODCOCK—In this city, March 19th, James A Woodcock, a native of Oak Bay, St Davids, N B, aged 51 years, 4 months and 23 days. Friends and acquaintances are respectfully invited to attend the funeral to-morrow, (Friday) from the Methodist Church at 2 p m.

Jas. A. Woodcock died at his residence yesterday afternoon about half past one o'clock from the effects of a kick from one of his horses. Mr. Woodcock was well and favorably known in our community, and was a prominent member of Humboldt Lodge No 77, I. O. O. F., and also a member of Torrent Fire Engine Co. No. 3. He leaves a wife and four children, one of his daughters being the wife of H. Rotermund, of this city. He was a native of Oak Bay, St. Davids, N. B., and aged 51 years, 4 months and 23 days. The funeral will take place to-morrow at 2 p. m., from the Methodist Church.
