Evelyn Margaret (Hayden) Forquer, 81, of Everett PA, formerly of St. Leonard, MD passed away on July 4, 2009 in Altoona Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Forquer was born on March 17, 1928 in Tomkinsville MD. to the late Webster and Mattie Rice Hayden.
She is predeceased by her husband Bernard James Forquer and brothers John, Webster and Francis Hayden.
She is survived by her sons, Ronald Matthew Forquer of Colorado Springs, Col. and David Michael Forquer of Everett, PA.
She is a Grandmother of 8, great grandmother of 4, she is also survived by brothers, Joseph "Roland" , Wilson, and Phillip Hayden.
The family received friends on Tuesday July 7, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Rausch Funeral Home, 4405 Broomes Island Road, Port Republic, MD. Mass of Christian burial was offered on Wednesday July 8, 2009, 11 A.M. at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church, Solomons MD. Interment followed in the church cemetery.
