Trinity Center, Clarence Carr died Mon. Dec. 28, 1959 of a sudden heart attack. He was born at Trinity Center Dec. 14, 1892, the son of the late George Carr, owner of the once renowned Carrville Hotel, an historic stagecoach stop, and his wife Juanita Carr. He leaves a daughter, Mrs. Mary Lou Huffman, of Trinity Center, 3 grandchildren, a sister, Mrs. Cecil Johnston, Boyce, Virginia; 3 cousins: Mrs. Sam Moran, Weaverville, Mrs J.H. Thomas, Sacramento, and Mrs. J.D. Campbell, Oakland. Burial is to be in the family plot at Carrville. He was a farmer, lived all his life in the Trinity Center area.
