Mr. Goff twice married, his first wife being Laura A. Truax of Little Falls, who died 27 years ago, leaving three children, two of whom survive, Thomas W. of Aspen, CO and Laura Ellis of Whitesboro. He married Miss Nora Karr of New York Mills twenty-six years ago last spring. She and one daughter, Miss Mattie Goff, of Whitesboro survive.
