Phyllis Jean Adkins Richmond, 81, of Lewisburg, WV was the daughter of the late William Brackenridge Adkins and Manilla Blanche Reed Adkins. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Charles in 2011; brothers, Tom, Carl, Gerald and Lewis; and a sister, Corabelle. Phyllis was a member of the Ronceverte, WV Baptist Church. She was a former school bus driver for Summers County. WV Schools; and she loved flowers and her grandsons. Survivors include a daughter, Debra R Hissom; and a son, William A “Bill” Richmond.
