Buried in Byler Family Cemetery. A Byler descendent moved the tombstones of Catherine and husband Samuel Peters, and Catherine's brother Joseph D. Byler to the Pisgah Cemetery, no indication that the remains were moved. The Byler Family Cemetery is now considered "lost".
From Catherine's memorial at Byler Family Cemetery:
"before 1981, Roger Blyer of Texas had Catherine's tombstone moved to Pisgah Cemetery, Pisgah, Cooper County, Missouri. There is no mention that the body was moved.
