Diane was born on September 2, 1943 in St. Cloud, Minnesota to John and Helen (Dritz) Bukowski. She married Frank Niebolte on October 19, 1963 at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in St. Cloud. She loved fishing, tending to her flower beds, spending time with her family, going to the casino, and traveling. Diane worked as a seamstress at St. Cloud Canvas and later as a home health-aid.
Survivors include; her five children, Sheila Buermann of Rockville, Theresa (Merle) Anderson of Fargo, North Dakota, Frank, Jr. (Laura) of Foley, MN, Cliff of Richmond, and Elizabeth Niebolte of Richmond; two grandsons, Tyler and Cody Buermann; three sisters, Margie, Sue, and Shirley; one brother, Al Bukowski, other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Frank, and by five sisters and one brother.
Memorials are preferred.
