Sarah was born June 17, 1958 in Centreville, MS., the daughter of the late Robert Oscar and Nellie Netterville Whetstone.
She graduated from Centreville Academy in 1976, and attended Southwest Mississippi Community College and Mississippi University for Women.
She married Robert L. (Rob) Arnold on June 27, 1980; and worked at Super-2 Foods in Centreville, MS.
She is survived by her husband, Rob Arnold; 2 sons, Jacob Aaron Arnold and his wife Aslee Blanchard Arnold, and Ruston Luke Arnold; 1 daughter, Mandie Jenkins and her husband Kenny Jenkins; 3 sisters, LaRue Whetstone Shows and husband James V. Shows, Lola Campbell, and Lora Mullins and husband Charles Mullins; 4 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, 12 nephews , and 7 nieces.
She is preceded in death by her parents and one infant sister, Rogeria Whetstone.
