Betty was born January 7, 1937 in Beaumont, TX to Edward and Lois Cruse and passed away on February 1, 2018 in Bossier City, LA. She retired from AT&T. She loved to sew, cook, shop, and collect Betty Boop and roosters.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ray Bartley; daughter, Donna Allen; son, Frankie Allen; and son-in-law, David Tarver. Left to cherish her memory are her son, Mark Bartley (Rebecca); daughters, Annette Bryant (Mike) and Tammy Tarver; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and sister, Mary Valenzuela.
