William Donald Richter Sr., 64, Bradenton, died March 3, 1999.
He was born Aug. 23, 1934, in Chicago and came to Manatee County four years ago from Oaklawn, Ill. He was a truck driver and a Roman Catholic.
Survivors include two daughters, Pam Mondane of Chicago and Bridget Kaminski of Plainfield, Ill.; three sons, William D. Jr., David and Eric, all of Chicago; a sister, Marianne Young of Michigan; a brother, Charles of Illinois; 10 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at a later date. Brown and Sons Funeral Homes, 26th Street Chapel, is in charge.
