She was survived by her husband; three daughters, Bernice Allen Simpson of Conroe, Elozene Allen Masters of Montgomery and Ola Mae Allen Caskey of Grapeland; William A. Helm of Conroe; 11 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren. Her obituary was published in the Palestine Herald-Press, Tuesday, 2 April 1992.
