MUNCIE--John D. Headrick, 87, passed from life on Jan. 30,2018 at Signature Health Care in Munice. He was born Jan. 12,1931 in Huntsville Alabama to Clada L and Andrew Headrick.
Mr. Headrick attended school at Royerton, later entering the Army achieving the rank of Sargent. He was married to Marcella Crater on Feb. 6,1956 until her death in 1996. John worked at Warner Gear (Borg Warner) for 47 years and retired in 1996.
He was active in the River of Life Church.
Survived by 4 children: Sabrina S. (John) Warfel, Tamara J. (David) May, Deidre (Paul) Crossland and Marla J. (Robert) Watson; a brother Clay Boots; sister Maxine Spurlin; 14 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
Preceded by his parents, wife ; 3 sons and 2 sisters.
