Bill Frazier, 81 of Paragould, died Tuesday at his residence. He was retired from City Light and Water, was a member of East Side Baptist Church since 1962. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army and formerly worked at Grabers and Belk Department Stores. He was preceded in death by his wife, Quanita Frazier; parents, Harvey and Geraldine Frazier; brothers, Carl, Paul and Elmore(Fannie) Frazier and a sister and brother-in-law, Neba (Vernon) Boyd.
Survivors include sons, Kyle (Judy) Frazier of Paragould, Keith Frazier of Jonesboro; grandson, Kody Frazier; brother, Alton Frazier of Austin, Texas; step-grandchildren, Bethany (Dalton) Shaw and Bradley Kroh; step great-granddaughter, Remi Shaw.
Visitation will be Friday from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday at 10:00 A.M. at Heath Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Dial Officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Kody Frazier, Bradley Kroh, Jamie Dial, J. W. Dial,
Rudy Randleman, Jake Murray. Honorary pallbearers, Phil Cable, Doyne Shaw, Gordon Miller, James Thomas.
