Luther M. Schlosser, 78, of Allentown, formerly of Breinigsville, died March 2 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown. He was the husband June A. (Schollenberger) Schlosser for 47 years last May.

He was a golf club maker for Tony Penna Golf Co., Jupiter, Fla., for 17 years before retiring 1988.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Charles and Christine (Metzger) Schlosser.

He was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Fogelsville.

He was a Navy veteran of World War II.

He was a member of Fogelsville Senior Citizens.

Survivors: Wife; son, Scott L. of Loxahatchee, Fla., foster son, Timothy L. Settle of Lake City, Fla.; sister, Helen Lyons of Allentown; four grandchildren.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Stephens Funeral Home, 1335-37 Linden St., Allentown. Call 9:30-10:30 a.m. a.m. Wednesday.
