Follow the services, Mr. Key was buried at City Cemetery, with Rev. Dan Morton officiating. Coleman Funeral Home had charge.
Mr. Key was born in Kemper County and was a merchant and resident of Indianola for 28 years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Mr. Key is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Wilson Key of Indianola; two sons, James Key of Yazoo City and Wilbur Ray Key of Orlando, Fla.; two stepsons, Vernon Eldridge of Butler, Ala., and Danny Joe Eldridge of Meridian; two step-daughters Mrs. Sarah Sullivan of Indianola and Mrs. Norma Allen of Meridian; two sisters, Mrs. Allie Rock of San Antonio, Tex., and Mrs. Edna Morton of Miami, Fla.; one brother, W. H. Key of Jacksonville Beach, Fla.; and nine grandchildren.
