William L. Elliott, 91, of Tiffin, passed away at 9:50 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 27, 2018, at St. Francis Home, Tiffin.
William was born Oct. 2, 1926, in Cincinnati, to the late William L. and Marie E. (Frantzreo) Rottinghaus.
Survivors include his two sisters, Lucille Waller of Newark and Alberta Simon of Fremont.
William was retired from Heinz Co. in Fremont. William was a United States veteran serving during World War II.
A special thanks is given to Julie Hersh, for her devotion and care to William. Another thanks is given to Sister Patricia Miller with St. Francis Home and his many friends at St. Francis and Kiwanis Manor.
There will be no visitation at this time.
