In Sept of 1919 she sold her home and 215 acres in Wehadkee to W.C. Anglin for $4500.
She was last found in July of 1920 obtaining a passport to Cuba to take care of an estate.

It is unlikely she ever married. In many places, female school teachers were prohibited from marriage.
