Ms. Alice was born in Puna Kapoho Village, Hawaii, the daughter of the late Simeon and Miriam (Maneaukea) Mioi.

Survivors include one daughter: Sharon Keen and husband Bobby of McCrory; two sons: Michael McNeely of Little Rock and Patrick McNeely of McCrory; one brother: Paul Mioi of Haluua, Ha.; six grandchildren: Joseph Kalani McNeely, Kevin Keolah McNeely, Kami Leilani McNeely, Anthony Kalai McNeely, Rachel Leilani Keen and Paul Kimo Keen.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers: William and Eugene Mioi.

The family requests memorials be made to the Newport Dialysis Center, 1900 McClain, Newport, Arkansas 72112
