She was the daughter of William H. and Hazel E. (Neville) Barragar. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Billy Rice and Betty Erickson; husband Robert Harbour. She was survived by two sisters, a son and two daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a large family of nieces, nephews and loved ones.

MEMORIAL SERVICE Thursday, 12/11/08, 11:00 a.m. in Clarinda, IA at the First Christian Church located at 301 North 16th St. Private Interment in Greenfield, Iowa. Memorials will be directed by the family.
