Troy Lee McGee, age 66, of Afton, formerly of Sand Springs, passed from this life Monday, January 22, 2018 at his home.
Troy Lee McGee was born February 20, 1951 in Tulsa to Edward Troy and Myrtle Louise (Swope) McGee.
He graduated from Charles Page High School class of 1969 and married Donna Jean Teaff September 7, 1971 in Sand Springs. The couple made their home in Sand Springs until Donna passed away in 2007. Troy later bought a home and moved to Afton. He was an avid fisherman.

He is survived by his two sister-in-laws and husband; a brother-in-law and wife; nieces and nephews and spouses; great-neices and nephews, and one great-great-niece. Also surviving is a girlfriend, and her two children and five grandchildren.
Troy is preceded in death by parents, wife Donna McGee, and a daughter Debbie McGee Butler.
A celebration of life service will be Saturday, 10:00 a.m., January 27, 2018 at Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service Chapel with Reverend Hershel Martin officiating. Troy will be laid to rest at Woodland Memorial Park in Sand Springs. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service of Sand Springs.
